Umitron Privacy Policy

UMITRON PTE. LTD. (Hereinafter referred to as "UMITRON"), as to the handling of user information in Umitron Application Services (Hereinafter referred to as "Apps") provided by UMITRON, has stipulated and announced it as follows, the application privacy policy (This policy is called "Policy"). Please check Policy before installing Apps and use Apps after understanding the contents of Policy.

In Policy, "user information" means information related to customer identification, behavior history by using Apps, and other information generated, used or accumulated in connection with customer's smartphone, and shall mean what we acquire under Policy.

Please refer to the following privacy policy regarding personal information(hereinafter referred to as "personal information") separately specified by UMITRON in addition to stipulating in Policy.

3. Acquisition method

The method of obtaining user information in Apps is as follows.

  1. (1) Customer's own registration or user registration by UMITRON
  2. (2) Operation of the application by the customer
  3. (3) Installation of application by customer

4. Purpose of use

4-1 The user information is used to provide the service of Apps as specified in 4-2 and may be used for other purposes as specified in 4-3.

4-2 The specific use purpose of user information related to the provision of services of Apps is as follows.

  1. (1) To provide services by Apps
  2. (2) To respond to guidance on Apps, inquiries etc.
  3. (3) To respond to acts in violation of our terms and policies relating to Apps (hereinafter referred to as "contracts, etc.")
  4. (4) In order to notify the change etc. of the contract etc. concerning Apps
  5. (5) For the purpose of use incidental to the above purpose of use

4-3 The purposes other than the above 4-2 are as follows.

  1. (1) To help UMITRON improve our services, develop new services, etc.
  2. (2) In order to prepare statistical data processed into an unidentifiable form in relation to our service
